TPM's methodology for selecting the right candidate for a project is designed to identify, qualify, and deliver top performers in the technology industry.TPM offers a series of hands-on and classroom training to ensure that our personnel is trained and qualified to meet our client's goals and to provide individual growth. Our recruiting process includes the following activites:

In-Person Interview

A senior member of TPM and the president conduct a thorough in person interview. These interviews include in-depth technical questions to determine the candidate's strengths, as well as, project background. Additional members of the team also interview the candidate as appropriate to specific assignments.

Background Checks

All of TPM's resources are required to submit to a drug test, criminal background check, and credit check.

Feedback from References

Feedback from references and past customers are obtained to ensure skill set levels.

Skill Assessment

Both written and verbal skill assessments are conducted to understand the depth of technical understanding and experience.

Trial Resource Assignments

Frequently, a temporary assignment will be offered to evaluate the match between skill set and need. In some cases, temporary work assignments are granted to potential resources to closely assess their skills and ability to meet a specific project’s needs.
