Performance Monitoring


TPM's resource project management encompasses the following components:

Assignment Preparation

TPM prepares resources for client assignments with an office briefing entailing a review of:

  • The proposed statement of work
  • Technical design documents
  • Business impact analysis of the project/ assignment
  • Reporting and communications requirements
  • Other relevant client data

TPM's resources are also asked to review/sign-off on the HR guidelines and policies prior to engaging an assignment that's new to them.

Client Feedback Sessions

Regular feedback sessions are scheduled with each client to ensure appropriate progress is being made towards the assignment's objectives.

Weekly Calls to Associates

These weekly calls provide the opportunity for staff to check on the status of the associate’s project to answer any questions, or work through any issues the consultants may have.

Mentoring Program

Senior team members are paired with junior team members in order to provide additional resources, feedback, and coaching opportunities to ensure high client performance and individual growth.
